To ensure your skills remain sharp over the break, we are offering a three-week Pre-term Training Program designed to help everyone get back into the swing of things before the new term begins.

Schedule and Cost…

These specialised classes will be held on Thursdays January 8, 15, and 22.

Junior, "FUN-damentals" | Basics, games, and beginner forms | 5-10yo | 60 minutes | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | $60 ($20/session)

Senior, "Form and Function" | Understanding the 'why' behind the 'what' | 11yo+ | 90 minutes | 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM | $75 ($25/session)

Early Bird Discount: Book before January 2nd to receive a 5% discount. Limited places are available.
