This workshop is an explorative deep dive into the origins and functions of this martial and healing form known as TENSHO - the Rotating Palms.
This kata (pattern) looks at karate in a softer way, lending itself to gentle coordinated breathing and smoother, more fluid hand movements – all without compromising that authentic goju ryu stability and utility.
“Tension and effort are signs of incorrect technique”.
