It's time for you to SEAS the day!
Yeah BOUY, dust off your karate-beach-towel-ponchos and grab your sunscreen.
To avoid strong UV rays and high temperatures, this will be a morning training event. In the event of rain, we will still be training - you are going to get WET anyway.
Our program will include some great activities, such as:
workout on the sand
throws and takedowns in the water
sumo wrestling
fresh fruit morning tea
optional post-training social swim (between the flags)
I can say with all confidence, that it'll be SUN-believable.
No PIER pressure, but you should definitely come along. If you can’t train, at least come past and WAVE!
ALSO, it is Sensei Peter’s birthday! Come along and celebrate with us (birthday punches at own risk)👊

This event is exclusive to current members only!
This event is aimed at Junior program students and above (8 years old and above)
As a part of this event, your child will be in shallow water. Parents of students under 12 years old will need to be IN THE WATER supporting their child’s experience. More eyes and hands = more safety.
Post-event social swim is at participant and parent discretion and is not a part of the supervised karate event. Swimming is recommended between the flags supervised by the SLSC.
In the event of severe weather or storms, the event may be cancelled. I mean, training in the water while lightning is cracking around us sounds epic, but probably isn't wise.
